Our Returns and Refunds Policy Return Policy for Platforms Links is committed to providing high-quality printer ink cartridges and drums at affordable prices.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and enjoy our products. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions: – You must contact us by email at info@bookslinks.com to request a return authorization number (RAN) before sending back any item.

Please include your order number, name, address, and reason for return in your message. – You must pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice and the RAN. You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the item back to us.

We recommend that you use a trackable and insured service, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged returns. – You must send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the RAN.

We will inspect the item upon arrival and process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. We will notify you by email when your return is completed. – We will refund you the full amount of your purchase, excluding the original shipping cost, using the same method of payment that you used to place your order. If you prefer, we can also issue you a store credit or a gift card for future purchases. – We will exchange your item for another one of the same or similar value, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer you a refund or a store credit instead. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Goods Returned for Non-Defective Products – If you return an item that is not defective, but simply unwanted, changed your mind, or ordered incorrectly, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. – The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all seals, labels, and tags intact.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a higher restocking fee if the item is damaged, altered, or missing any parts or accessories. – We do not accept returns of opened or used ink cartridges or drums, unless they are defective or damaged in transit. Please check the compatibility of your printer model before ordering, as we are not responsible for any compatibility issues or errors. – We do not accept returns of clearance, sale, or promotional items, unless they are defective or damaged in transit.

These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
